This Privacy Policy is intended for both website publisher customers (“Publishers”) and individual users of websites. The terms “you” “yours” include any individuals or corporate formation who use Admost Ad Server services.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. In the event of any material changes there will be post of new Privacy Policy on the website. We encourage you for consulting this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
1. Admost Ad Server
Admost Ad Server is a service of Kokteyl Information Technology Services Inc.. Admost Ad Server is a hosted ad serving solution helps to manage online ads. Admost provides services for Publishers and prepares a report for ad performance details.
Admost does not provide remarketing or interest-based advertising service.
2. Personal Data collected by Admost Ad Server via Website
For registration Admost services, website has “Contact Us” tab, you should mail us for getting information and signing up. Admost use email information just for business purposes in the event of you become an utiliser of services.
As an utiliser of services, in the event of need for support Admost may need your name, company name and email information for direct supporting, or there is an option for ticket.
Admost website utilize a service of Google Analytics which collects information as device/browser, IP address and on-site/app activities to measure and report statistics about user interactions on the websites and/or apps anonymously.

4. Personal Data collected by Admost Ad Server Services
For providing services Admost needs information of Publishers, as name, company name, email address and billing information.
For reporting, system collects and process data of users. We collect additional information through our services;

Information that above-stated is only used for preparing report for publisher, none of them is shared with publishers or any other third parties as an individual information. Reports include impression, click, and lead numbers per campaign.
Admost sets limitations as hourly, daily or weekly to show ads per unique user which is defined by IP addresses and individuals otherwise there is no usage of information for identification.
5. Accessing your personal data
As publisher or website user, you may contact us and request to access the personal data that Admost keeps by mailing [email protected]. There will be some requisites to make sure that you are the owner of the account.
If you want to delete data that you have provided or withdraw your consent, please contact us by [email protected] and Admost will respond within a reasonable time after receiving your email.
After your deletion request put into process, it will be deleted on Admost active servers immediately but deletion on backup systems will occur in 7 days. Also you should be aware of that deletion cannot retrieve or delete personal data which has been already shared with partners and other Third Parties.
Please be aware that your personal data can be used by Admost to comply with legal obligations and Admost’s agreements.
6. Disable Cookie-Based Services
Admost Ad Server uses a browser cookie to record ad performance metrics such as views and clicks. If you do not want to be assigned a unique user identification number you have an option to opt-out. Opt-out means that a special cookie OPTOUT=1 is set for ad serving domain with expiration date in 2 years. This cookie will prevent Admost from setting any new cookie and clearing existing cookies after the next request to the ad server.

7. GDPR Rights for EU people
General Data Protection Regulation imposes restriction for using personal data without getting the consent of EEA and Switzerland users.

Admost website request consent for collecting and processing data of users with detailed information.
Publishers who use Admost Ad Server Services are responsible for taking consent for their own websites to show ads which are provided by Admost Services.

Admost collects data only in the ways described in this Privacy Policy, please consult the privacy policies of the websites you visit to be sure their principles for data usage.
You should be aware of that the information submitted to public areas, such as blogs, may be used by others.
